DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESSES

Before a software tool can be implemented to support project management processes, processes have to be defined, clear and communicated to users. A new tool needs to support the processes and help the users in their work using them.

When there is a need to specify or improve processes and configure the tools accordingly we can help you. By using the combination of our experience and your organizations competences of your current processes, we are able to create a set of workshops that will be the basis of the improvement. New processes will be used as a selection criteria for the new tool.

The basic principle of our model to improve project management maturity is to create a realistic plan starting from organization's current status to pre-defined target by splitting the work in reachable targets and controllable phases. 

Process takes always into account

  1. Processes and methods,
  2. Tools that supports the processes and
  3. Skills and competences of the people in the organization using both tools and processes.

Project management maturity is specified based on the weakest dimension of the three mentioned above.
